Reinhards MIDI Nest
listen, download, play along with, write music sheets

Driven by my enthusiasm for MIDI, I have, over time, sequenced songs for this format that, alongside the Jaco songs, meant a great deal to me and helped me in my musical development. In doing so, I placed great emphasis on reproducing the individual parts as authentically as possible, in terms of dynamics and phrasing. Little by little, I also incorporated my own ideas and brought them to life.
Many of these songs feature solos recorded by Fritz Mahler, my friend who sadly passed away some time ago – a brilliant pianist and keyboardist, with whom I played for several years in my former fusion band.

When you press the Play button, you can listen to the track in a simple MIDI player that appears at the top. (Sorry, unfortunately the quality is only mediocre)
